• The front LCD Display panel gives the feature of seeing all the data at the same time; Volts, Amps, Cell Voltage, Elapsed Time, and charge status is displayed.
• The Over-current, Short circuit, Over Heat Protection, Battery failure, rectifier failure warnings messages are shown on the front panel and given by voice warning at the same time.
• There is external circuit that transmits an external relay contacts in error conditions displayed on the front panel.
• LED status indicators are illuminated as a warning in START, CHARGER BUMPER, V CONTROL, FLOW CONTROL, END OF PROCESS.
• In the Battery charge mode; warning ( with sound and visual warning in the display ) if the battery is not stalled or Battery Heads opposite poles.
• Due TS267 EN60076 Standard and TSE certificate, isolated transformer provides complete protection against leakage currents.
• With the Battery temperature measurement feature, automatically controls the battery charging current according to its temperature or even stops the process.

 Battery Chargers

BCN Series Battery Chargers are a two stage charging programmed fully automatic battery charging group... Devices in this group can be used for all batteries with the nominal voltagevalue 12V up to 48 V and designed to be used with small and easy-use batteries in plug and run format.

In BCN series microprocessor thyristor is used which enables battery to be charged automatically with automatically adjusted current voltage values without any intervention.Thyristor control prevents the battery from being effected by fluctations on the network and an extreme regulation would be obtained as well as protection from operator faults.

The device has a panel where the operator can follow the entire process.There are LED indicators on the panel showing batter charge level and errors. Charging parameters are pre-loaded during production of the device according to the battery type which will be used with and these parameters can not be changed by the operator.

 Eltek Valere Rectifier

The battery chargers of the PSR327 series are new developed primary switched mode rectifiers with a compact design and very high power density. This compact module enables a lot of new application fields in industrial environment especially on constricted installation facilities. All current standards for safety and EMC are fulfilled. The unit is equipped with a rearside connector ( backplane connection ). Additional modules can be installed into available slide-in slots during operation in order to increase the power. Up to 4 modules can be installed into a 19" module rack ( 3U ) The modules are available for delivery with the charging voltages of 24, 48, 60, 110 and 220VDC. Special versions for NiCd batteries are available ( see the data sheets PSR327NC ).
